About the Game

XYLOMETAZOLINE is a surreal, first-person narrative experience rooted in the PSX-horror aesthetic. It explores the harrowing struggle of addictions that regulate both the physical and emotional state, portrayed through a dependency on nasal drops. It is a philosophical journey through a world where every living being is hooked on something, and the line between substance and habit has blurred into an existential nightmare.

You are nobody. When a mysterious car accident leaves a package for a stranger's "daughter" in your hands, you are thrust into a journey through brutalist estates, the abandoned offices of the XYLOLIFE corporation, and liminal spaces.

Take care of your sanity to stay sane, and it won't be easy - addiction constantly reminds you of itself.

Wander through surreal and dark corridors and try not to lose yourself in it all. A unique, atmospheric, and well-soundtracked journey through the deepest recesses of the human mind awaits you.
