Once you have made it through the game you can keep playing through it endlessly and the game will get progressively more difficult with each successive playthrough.
Wrathflame is best enjoyed with a gamepad or controller but keyboard and Z and X keys can be used instead. There are only two buttons used in this game (besides a "select" button/Escape on the keyboard).
Focus: Pressing this button will target your closest enemy's position. Holding down the focus button will make you move at half speed but it will regenerate your mana and once that is completely full then your health will regenerate.
Powerfire: Holding down this button will burn down your mana but all of your attacks do double damage and you move twice as fast.
Spells:
As a sorcerer-monk you have been trained in four spells, and was once an expert in them before retiring from field work. You start out rusty, remembering the basics of only one spell (that you choose) but you then can level up any of your spells with the completion of each level. Each spell can be leveled up 20 times so maxing out all spells will take 4 playthroughs of the game.
All spells automatically "autofire" but you control where to move, when to let loose with powerfire or when to focus and regenerate lost mana and health.
