About the Game

Wolftown is a 4 to 16 player local multiplayer social deduction game. It is based on the classic Werewolf (aka Mafia) party game. Players connect to the game using their smartphone devices, and then the game's narrator and colorful graphics lead the players on a tale of murder, intrigue and betrayal.

During the night, the few players secretly selected to be werewolves eliminate the townspeople. During the day, everyone gets together to bicker and argue amongst themselves before eliminating one of their own - hopefully a wolf, but perhaps another innocent. The good players will win if they can eliminate the werewolves before their numbers become too few.

The game features a full, interactive tutorial, and a full reference guide for the secret roles that players can be assigned. The roles have been carefully selected and tweaked to maximise interplay. A big focus has been placed on keeping the pace high. A typical game lasts about 15 minutes (depending on player count), with eliminated players still given tasks to do. This is the most exciting version of mafia/werewolf you will ever play, and for legal reasons that is not a guarantee.

This game has no single-player mode, and it is generally recommended to play with at least 7 players for the best experience.

This is a local multiplayer game, and there is no online functionality. You may be able to play online via screensharing or streaming the game via a method of your choice (e.g. Discord, Twitch, etc.) - however this requires a level of expertise.
