About the Game

Can your team of ragdoll doctors survive the rescue?

Wobble Bros is a chaotic physics co-op game where you and your friends control clumsy ragdoll doctors carrying a helpless ragdoll patient on a stretcher through dangerous outdoor rescue courses. In 2-player mode, two doctors must work together to keep the patient moving safely. In 4-player mode, two stretcher teams of 2 players each take on the same rescue chaos, turning every mission into a messy race of teamwork, recovery, and failure.

The key twist is that the doctors themselves are fully physical ragdolls. They wobble, stumble, flop, lose balance, and get dragged around by the physics at every step. The stretcher is hard enough to manage already, but the real comedy comes from trying to control your own body while also carrying the patient without dropping them.

Two bros, one poor patient

  • You and your friend each control one end of the stretcher.

  • Because the doctors are physical ragdolls, even basic movement becomes a challenge: you’ll trip, overextend, lose balance, get snagged on terrain, or accidentally launch your partner into chaos.

  • The patient is also a ragdoll, so the whole rescue is a stack of unstable bodies trying to function as one team.

It’s not just “move left and right” – it’s three bodies sharing one physics system on top of a ridiculous obstacle course.

Co-op chaos that becomes comedy

Wobble Bros is built around the kind of co-op where success feels amazing and failure is even funnier.

  • In 2-player mode, you and your friend must keep the stretcher steady while also controlling your own floppy bodies.

  • In 4-player mode, two ragdoll doctor teams compete through the same rescue chaos, creating constant moments of shouting, panic, and accidental self-sabotage.

  • Every run is a new story. Every stumble can become a total collapse. Every rescue is one small victory against physics.

Perfect for co-op nights, streamer chaos, and groups that want a party game where coordination matters, but never fully stays under control.

Modes & Multiplayer

  • 2-player co-op – one stretcher, two ragdoll doctors, maximum teamwork.

  • 4-player co-op / versus-style team play – two stretcher teams, each with 2 ragdoll doctors, racing through the same rescue chaos.

  • Local and online multiplayer – play together on one machine or across the internet.

  • Controller-friendly design – built for couch co-op and party sessions.

Key Features

  • Chaotic co-op physics – the doctors and the patient are all part of the simulation.

  • 2-player and 4-player modes – play as a duo or split into two competing stretcher teams.

  • Slapstick rescue gameplay – every movement can turn into a wipeout, a recovery, or a hilarious failure.

  • Fast, replayable runs – short levels built for “one more try” energy.

  • Family-friendly visual style – bright, cartoony, and streamable without gore.

If you’ve ever yelled at a friend in a co-op physics game and immediately hit “restart”, Wobble Bros is built for you.
