Aristocrat Evan Alford receives a mysterious invitation to the fair and comes to a small village on the outskirts of the country. The village seems strange and painfully familiar, but Evan has never been here. In addition, other guests of the fair are not as simple as it seems.
Evan intends to understand the strangeness of what is happening. He will have to face not only the secrets of the past, but also mysteries of the unknown, capable of turning his whole life upside down.
Will Evan be able to get out of an unusual village where every second person has dark secrets?
Arrogant, sarcastic, Evan was born into a wealthy family and decided to dedicate his life to the study of medicine. The capital's secular life weighed on him. He was not interested in local intrigues, which caused the disapproval of his parents. To escape from those shackles, Evan immediately agreed to come to the village on the outskirts. However, the fair did not live up to his expectations and raised many questions related to the past, which Evan does not remember.

A traveler who wandered into the fair in search of something important. Closed, unsociable and distrustful, he also feels something strange in the village. His views on life seem gloomy, but behind a cynical mask hides a vulnerable, lonely soul. What is he looking for, and can Evan become his ally in this investigation?
An artist performing tricks at the fair. Lives in the village for quite a time, but no one knows what exactly lured him here. He loves to speak in riddles, to give ambiguous answers. Evan experiences deja vu when interacting with him. Where could they meet? And what is Christopher hiding behind his mystical flair?
