WILDERLOCKE takes the high stakes tactical battles of monster-taming JRPG challenges like the Nuzlocke and adds the unpredictability and replayability of the roguelike formula.

A customisable set of 4 moves and 2 passives for each monster.
Half of your monster’s stats depend on its species, the others are set by you - build the same monster as a supporting tank or fast damage dealer, depending on what your party needs.
A fresh take on the iconic JRPG battle system, with a focus on 2v2 mechanics, building synergies and versatile abilities.
Defeat your opponents with a variety of strategies - protect and strenghten one monster, apply crippling status effects, stall and do damage over time, or simply hit harder and faster.
Adapt to field conditions like the weather, or set them yourself to advantage your playstyle.
No randomness in battle (no critical hits, chances to miss, or moves with random secondary effects).
Errors are costly - lose a monster during a battle and it’s lost forever - lose all of them and your run is over.
