About the Game

WASTE RUNNER: CRITICAL WASTE

What starts with harmless trash—black bags, plastic bottles, cardboard, and urban debris—quickly escalates into high-risk materials. As you progress through the levels, you'll encounter toxic chemicals and radioactive waste that slowly drain your energy and threaten your survival if you carry them for too long. Every decision matters: push your limits to collect more or rush to the nearest bin before your load becomes deadly.

Managing your battery is equally crucial. Charging stations are scattered throughout the city, forcing you to plan efficient routes, balancing speed, capacity, and risk. The heavier your load, the slower you'll move, turning every trip into a tense race against time.

WHAT YOU GET IN THE CURRENT VERSION

Level 1 Suburb Streets: A quiet neighbourhood collects only papers, boxes, plastic bags, and bottles. Uses the basic mechanic (Collect/Unload) and can recharge batteries in a specific pod. The objective is to learn the basics of the game. Bobo the bot needs to deal with some protesters and Johny Duster, who keep messing around.

THEME AND SETTING

The game takes place in a near-future city overwhelmed by pollution and abandoned infrastructure. Robots have replaced humans in dangerous cleanup operations, and you are one of the last active units still keeping the system running.
