About the Game

Wardialler is a text-based hacking adventure game.

Explore arcane computer systems and comb through hacker bulletin boards searching for obscure software exploits in a fictional early-80's setting. Type, read, make notes.

While some details are included to give an authentic feel, Wardialler isn't a faithful hacking simulator or strategy game (for those, I recommend Introversion's Uplink, Drizzly Bear's Hackmud or Semaeopus' forthcoming Off Grid).

However, If you're after a more linear story with a hacking aesthetic, then please consider giving it a try.

The game features a full-length electronica soundtrack by nervous_testpilot.
