About the Game

VYCE is a tactical RPG where you collect, trade, and fight with creatures that parody vices in the real world. Each VYCE moves like a chess piece, with bishops, rooks, knights, pawns & more, but each with its own limits and quirks.

Set in Vanilla Plains, a podunk town, you explore a place full of vagrants, recidivists, misanthropes, scoundrels, and other unscrupulous characters. Trade your VYCE or earn them by capturing your foes. Use them in turn-based grid combat where positioning, movement, and captures decide who wins.

Collect 99 VYCE, from coffee and gambling to much less wholesome habits, each with its own movement rules and effects. Some move straight and capture diagonally, others switch between bishop and rook, and a few don’t behave like anything you’ve seen before, with explosions, clones, & more.

Single-player campaign guides you through the downward spiral, including several original mini games that break up the standard combat.  Multiplayer lets you battle friends and CPUs with customizable rulesets for a curated, competitive, tactical experience.

This is not a game of chance, rather a game of choices. Value Your Choices Effectively.
