Voyage on the Alihacc Desert

"This desert was once a sea... This desert was once a sky..." A lone traveler in the desert: me. Shells, eggshells, the towering dance hall, the twins Kawanina and Kawasakana, the duck habitat, the monster Rokunag, a girl’s song, crossing the shrubland at night... Lukhischa Oasis, flowing... I am.

About the Game

An AVG/RPG based on the original work by imayui.

The original work was published in Japan in 2008 as a self-published picture book by imayui (story) + MIZUTANI JUN (art).

This game faithfully recreates the picture book, printed entirely in blue, with retro pixel art and chiptune BGM, and is set to be released as a game.

The game is composed of an ADV part that narrates the journey through the desert and an RPG part that involves exploration and battles.

---Story---

I spent the money I had saved up from a year of work on a taxi ride.

On the western side of the Alihack Desert, about twenty kilometers past the border zone, where bizarre plants called wawazi, resembling clouds close to the ground, stand.

I didn't intend to never return, but there is no place in the desert where I can call a taxi. I also don't have the money for the return trip.

If I can return to where I came from, I will find a way, and if I can't, that’s fine too.

If I can't return... I thought, the desert wouldn't be so bad.

---Feature---

Short playtime of 3 to 5 hours

Retro pixel art graphics and chiptune BGM

Enjoyable at a comfortable play speed and feel

2D top-down field movement, front-view battles, and random encounters

Composed of an ADV part for reading and an RPG part for exploration and battles
