Play an ER doctor in Vital Signs: Emergency Department and challenge your medical knowledge to help treat a wide array of cases who come into the ER. Unlike medical school anyone can enroll in Vital Signs!

Reach a diagnosis by selecting from a wide range of tests and prescribe treatments to give your patients the best possible care. However, your decisions and how you handle the influx of cases who arrive during your shift will decide who gets the care they need and who misses out!

You completed the scenarios offered in the main game and have seen all nine patients. Naturally, you reached the best ideal care vs. improper care scores that are possible in Vital Signs: Emergency Department – so what now?
