About the Game

Visitors is a game about a woman named Rachel who is driving home after a hard day at work when her pickup truck suddenly breaks down in the middle of the desert, near a U.S. Air Force base in Nevada, USA. Suddenly, she encounters unknown alien lifeforms roaming the desert, and they begin to hunt her. Realizing there is no escape, she must fight to survive.

She must confront various extraterrestrials and use the weapons she finds effectively. The game is heavily inspired by arcade machines and video game consoles from the late 1970s and 1980s.

There are three game modes: Main (Nonlinear), Survivor Mode, and Horde Mode. You can switch between game modes by pressing the F2 key. To quickly reset the game, press the F1 key.

Two different shader options are available in the PAUSE menu. You must enter a name on the scoreboard every time you score points after a "Game Over."
