The "gods" of each country organized an army and suppressed it.
The slightest turbulence disrupted the over-perfect order, creating greater conflict.
The world was once again flooded with death from hatred and justice.
You exist in this world as the "god" of a nation.
Dominate the "whole world" and lead all the people to happiness.

There is config.txt in the game installation folder, and you can make the following settings.
WINDOW_SIZE_X=???? ... Specifies the default window size. Y size is calculated automatically. Values range from 200 to X size on the screen.
ALWAYS_RUN=ON ... Runs the game even when inactive.
DX9=ON ... Now works with older versions of DirectX 9. (For PCs that behave strangely in full screen, etc.)
DIB=ON ... Draws using the method that does not use DirectX (DIB).
KEY_UDLR=OFF ... Disable the up / down / left / right keys on the keyboard (for when it responds even though it is not pressed).
PAD=OFF ... Disable pad operation (for when it reacts even though it is not pressed).
