About the Game

VALLEY is a futuristic first-person crime solving thriller where the player controls multiple characters in the hunt for a serial killer.

In 1986, California was terrorized by the infamous “Valley Butcher"; the man who murdered tech entrepreneurs in a statement against the rapid rise of technology. 50 years later, the murders are happening again.

Step into the shoes of a variety of characters embroiled in the killings and help bring the investigation to a close, one way or another.

  • Investigate and stop the copycat Valley Butcher.

  • Survive the horrors of being held captive.

Futuristic Detective Thriller

Use a controversial yet revolutionary technology Crime Scene Extended Reality (CSXR) to revisit crimes scenes using AR technology.

CSXR puts players in full control of their investigations:

  • Navigate crime scenes unrestricted

  • Overlay blood splatters

  • Real time filters / analysis

  • Run advanced simulations

  • Gather/Compare evidence

Play and Die as a Victim!

As the CAPTIVE players take the role of an abducted victim. They must use classic stealth and puzzle solving to escape the Valley Killer. You can get caught and killed at any time...but don't worry you can pickup where you left off when a new victim is abducted.

Classic Survival Horror - Stay out of sight and avoid detection. Use your wits and environment to evade your captor as you search for an escape.

Permadeath - You can die at anytime.  Restart your escape as a new captive. How many will you lose before the Valley Killer is captured?

Up Close and Personal - Learn more about the killer first hand. Have a front row seat to their reactions as the search narrows in on them.
