Uncanny Tales is an episodic horror game where the scariest things aren’t monsters or the supernatural — they’re people themselves. Each story is a new chilling episode, inspired by real-life fears and disturbing situations.
Uncanny Tales: The Watcher — Episode Three of the series.
You are the new reserve caretaker, who came to the Altai wilderness seeking quiet and income. But the picturesque landscapes conceal a dark secret: local residents and reserve workers whisper about unexplained anomalies in the taiga. Authorities dismiss all incidents as accidents, but soon enough, you will realize that peace in this place is merely an illusion.

Key Game Features:
Atmosphere and 2006 Details: Immerse yourself in the aesthetics of the Russian heartland in the early 2000s, featuring primitive technology, a sense of nostalgia, and the oppressive feeling of isolation in the wild.
Control Center (PC): Your old computer is the heart of your operation. Use it to monitor the perimeter and diligently complete your daily reports.
Patrol by 4x4: Drive across the vast location in a reliable, aging Soviet-era off-roader (UAZ). This is your primary means of transport in the deep woods.
Isolation and Communication: Communicate with a colleague via an old radio. Radio contact is your only line of support.
Checking Phototraps: Regularly inspect the phototraps set up for wild animals. Something that should not be captured may be waiting for you there.
