Uncanny Tales is an episodic horror series where the scariest things aren’t monsters or the supernatural, but people themselves. Each episode tells a new chilling story inspired by real-life fears and unsettling situations.
❄️ Uncanny Tales: Cold Road – The first episode of the series.
A late evening, a snowstorm, the eve of the New Year holidays… The protagonist is traveling to her parents’ home for winter break. To avoid traffic jams, she takes a less popular and more isolated road. But the journey turns dangerous – losing control, she crashes her car.
Regaining consciousness, she realizes that there’s no signal, and the storm is only getting worse. Her only option is to find help. Leaving the car behind, she ventures into the forest and soon stumbles upon an old house. A kind elderly woman welcomes her inside, offering warmth, hot tea, and a place to rest.
But waking up in the middle of the night to strange noises, she soon realizes—she is not alone in this house…
