About the Game

Reconnecting a dispersed community

Umbrella Postman is a small open world single player game made by a solo indie developer. 

The land used to be connected all together. Then one day a terrible earthquake (The Great Quake) which caused a tsunami, devastated the lowlands and flooded it. This caused the land to become disconnected. Anomalies began to appear causing havoc.

The only way to communicate with the other parts of the land is via letters and small items. These letters and items are delivered by the Umbrella Postman. His unique set of skills allow him to traverse the environment with ease. Use your magical umbrella to glide down from great heights and propel yourself upwards after you have found a number of Red Umbrellas that are hidden across the land. 

Collect items and discover secrets on your journey meeting and talking with NPC’s along the way. They each have a story to tell and an item or letter to deliver. Find a way to reconnect all of the inhabitants to bring peace and harmony back to the world.
