About the Game

Trinkets and Gunpowder is a tense game of reactions and strategy. You both have the same randomised lineup of items in your guns, and you will both be shown what is in the current chamber at the same random time, but after that it's up to whoever can react first. Shoot yourself while the current chamber has a powerup card and you will gain that card, which you can play to gain an advantage when you feel the time is right. But in both guns is a single bullet, and whoever gets shot by a bullet, either from their opponent or themselves, loses.

You can use any combination of items at your disposal, creating an infinite amount of possibilities for how to give yourself as much as an advantage going into the next draw as possible. Use the Spyglass to check if the next round is lethal, then the Watch to learn exactly when you need to pull the trigger. Or use the Arrow to skip over the bullet then swap your guns to put your opponent in a weaker position. Keeping track of as much information as possible is key to effective play. But at the end of the day, it all comes down to who can shoot first.
