Topdeck Duel

Topdeck Duel is an addictive card roguelike with incremental elements. Test your luck and tactical thinking as your main goal is to claim the opponent's entire deck and beat 10 challenging levels. Every drawn card can turn the tide of battle!

⚔️ SIMPLE RULES, HIGH STAKES

The core of combat is familiar to everyone: you and your opponent simultaneously draw the top card. The one with the higher power takes both. But if the power is equal, a "War" begins: players draw additional cards face down and face up, raising the stakes to the limit!

🧩 SMART POSITIONING & DEEP TACTICS

Once you collect enough cards, you enter the Arrangement phase, where you draw random cards from your discard pile and place them on a 6-slot board. This is your chance to turn the game around:

• Each card has its own unique effect that allows you to increase the power of the cards on the table.

• Your cards provide you with buffs, increasing card power:

  

• But when you claim enemy cards, their effects flip 180 degrees—instead of buffs, they inflict debuffs on you, reducing card power:

  

• Card effects depend on their position, neighbors, enemy cards, or even active debuffs.

• Position your cards wisely to maximize buffs and minimize debuffs.

• It's impossible to calculate the perfect combo in advance—you have to adapt on the fly.

• Use unique tactical abilities: Reroll unwanted cards, Swap their positions on the board, or use Predict to peek at the opponent's future moves!

🔥 INFLUENCE MANAGEMENT

Placing and manipulating cards costs a special resource: Influence. If you position your cards suboptimally, an exhausting tug-of-war will begin, quickly draining your reserves. Once your Influence drops to zero, your run is over.

🃏 MERGING & CRAFTING THE PERFECT DECK

After defeating an enemy, you claim a part of their deck permanently. But be careful, the captured cards are still considered enemy cards and provide debuffs. You also unlock the following options:

• Merge 3 identical cards into one of a higher rarity (from Common to Legendary) to get a card with a stronger effect:

  

• Burn unwanted cards for Influence.

📈 INCREMENTAL PROGRESSION

Lost? No problem! Every attempt makes you stronger. Gold earned in battles is kept permanently. Spend it on global meta-upgrades between runs:

• Tactics: Unlock new board management abilities.

• Economy: Increase your Influence reserves.

• Deckbuilding: Start the game with higher rarity cards, claim more trophies, and improve card alchemy.
