About the Game

Tonalli is an isometric action-adventure game set in a stylized Aztec world governed by divine mandates and sacrificial rituals. You play as Zollin, a child chosen by the gods to perform sacrifices, and Yumbo, a feral Tahuchi panther mysteriously bound to his soul. Control both characters simultaneously through a unique combat system where one defends, the other attacks, and both depend on each other to survive.

The story explores moral tension and cultural conflict. Each character represents a distinct vision of duty, faith, and survival. Players must make difficult choices: perform sacrifices and gain divine powers, or reject them and unlock new combat paths through the panther's evolving abilities.

Every decision carries narrative and mechanical weight. With stylized cinematics, fully voiced protagonist dialogue and a branching narrative structure, Tonalli offers a personal and mythic journey. The line between hero and monster begins to blur, and only the player can decide what balance truly means.
