Tiny Tenants is a cozy management and property renovation game about reputation, relationships, and running a rental business.

Your business partner is a failed city mouse who has moved to a quiet countryside village to start over. There's just one problem: he's greedy, rude, and completely unsuited for small-town life.

While he chases profits, you'll be the one turning abandoned properties into welcoming homes, earning the trust of a community where reputation matters more than money.

  • Buy and Expand: Your clients are waiting for the perfect home. Purchase houses in an evolving market, outbid competitors for valuable and unique properties and expand your business across the region.

  • Renovate and Customize: Transform neglected buildings into homes that tenants will love. Renovate interiors and improve property value through strategic upgrades. Furnish them to match tenant preferences and personality.

  • Manage your Tenants: Every animal resident has unique needs, budgets, and hobbies. Match tenants with suitable homes, negotiate rental prices, respond to requests and solve everyday problems. Build relationships over time — until they trust you enough to buy the house themselves.
