About the Game

Command a Base Outside Time - Shape 13 Billion Years - Save What You Can - Let The Rest Fall

Time Distortionists is a turn-based strategy game where you manage The Anchor, a facility suspended beyond causality itself. Your mission: explore collapsing timelines, dispatch agents to critical moments in history, and build installations that hold entropy at bay. You cannot save everything. Every intervention sends ripples through the causal web, and the resources to act are never enough. Choose what deserves to survive.

Triage a Collapsing Timeline

Discover Moments from the Big Bang to the far future. Across the timeline, Moments conceal Sites containing resources and allies while urgent Leads reveal threats already in motion. Follow urgent Leads and act before Stasis consumes them.

Every Intervention Rewrites History

Stabilize one era, and another may begin to fracture. Missions, installations, and alliances ripple forward through causality, reshaping the civilizations that follow. But collapse moves backward, and Erosion spreads from the future as Stasis consumes possibility, cutting entire eras out of history.

Build the Team History Needs

Assemble teams of Chronautes, Thaumaturgists, Mediators, Archivists, and Catalysts. Match their skills, equipment, and specializations to each mission’s demands: danger calls for force, complexity rewards insight, and the wrong team can turn a crisis into a catastrophe.

Fortify the Anchor. Hold Back Entropy.

Expand a finite facility grid outside causality. Balance resource production, research, defenses, and agent support, then exploit adjacency bonuses to make the most of scarce space. Deploy installations across history to slow Stasis and preserve what matters.

Forge Alliances. Choose Your Endgame.

  • Forge alliances across time. Build relationships with civilizations across history to gain resources, recruit agents, and create coalitions. No era can resist stillness alone.

  • Choose the shape of time. Pursue research grounded in preservation, controlled chaos, or deep understanding. Your doctrine reshapes the tools you unlock and the future you define.

  • Decide how the story ends. Create enough infrastructure to seal the threat away, or hunt it to its source. Different strategies demand different sacrifices, and no campaign can save every Moment.
