About the Game

Through the Thorns and Curses is a roguelike deckbuilder fused with a tabletop RPG. Take on the role of a wanderer who has entered a strange land under a mysterious curse. Build your deck, challenge yourself, and free the land from its curse. But beware, time is not on your side!

  • Visual Style: The game world is inspired by tabletop games and presented in the form of a shuffled deck of cards.

  • Combat System: Play any number of cards from your hand - explore and discover the best combinations.

  • Replayability: Choose a character and scenario - each playthrough offers a new game field, events, cards in combat, and ability cards.

  • Opponents: Each opponent has their own deck. Explore opponent decks and find a unique approach to each one.

  • Risk and Reward: The outcome of the battle is in your deck - add combat trophies and wounds to your hand and decide whether to move forward.
