About the Game

Your inventory is your body.

Your life was perfect. Just you, the forest, and your beautiful rocks.

Then the humans arrived with swords, shields, axes, and a truly unreasonable

amount of confidence.

The Slime Is Looting is a turn-based tactical roguelite RPG about

looting adventurers' equipment, gaining its power, and throwing it directly

back at them.

Absorb the loot

Weapons, armor, boots, shields, potions, and strange trinkets physically float

inside your translucent body. Every item grants passive stats while you carry

it, so your inventory is also your build.

Throw your build away—literally

The slime does not swing swords. That would be undignified.

Grab an item from inside your body and hurl it at an enemy or tactical tile.

Each throw deals damage, can trigger status effects, and costs durability. The

strongest item in your build may also be your best projectile.

Do you keep the shield for its armor, or throw it to finish the fight? Use a

weapon's final durability point, or save it for the boss? Every attack is a tiny

act of inventory management panic.

Dodge on the grid

Enemies telegraph attacks before they land. Move across the tactical grid to

escape the target zone, but stay alert: some enemies attack from range, use

special abilities, summon help, or feint toward your new position.

Digest. Adapt. Grow.

Bad loot is still useful. Digest unwanted items to heal, earn experience, and

permanently improve stats based on the type of gear consumed. Level up to choose

new bonuses, expand your capacity, and become a wonderfully over-equipped blob.

Choose your path

Navigate a procedural route through enemy encounters, elite fights, treasure,

rest sites, shops, mysteries, and bosses. Between battles, gamble items, forge

stronger gear, trade with merchants, and make strange choices in an increasingly

disrespectful forest.

Build a ridiculous slime

Combine item rarities, equipment sets, status effects, cursed bargains,

durability bonuses, critical hits, lifesteal, thorns, speed, armor, and more.

Then chase a better score with flawless fights, efficient turns, valuable loot,

and a final boss victory.
