About the Game

During the Winter Solstice in northern Finland, a journalist is sent to a remote village to cover a controversial revival movement led by a charismatic cult leader and her child preacher.

When the boy mysteriously disappears during a sermon and a blizzard traps everyone in the village, she is forced to investigate a secret the community has protected for generations.

Explore the isolated village of Sysiluoma and uncover the truth through conversation, observation, and deduction.

  • Question villagers and uncover conflicting stories

  • Gather clues and piece together what really happened

  • Solve puzzles grounded in the world and its people

There is no combat or rush, only the quiet pressure of something not meant to be uncovered.

The story unfolds across three days using a time-based structure. Complete tasks and objectives to advance the game's internal clock. Characters move and events change as time passes, and choices determine what you see and what you miss

Each playthrough reveals a different perspective on the truth.

Experience a distinctive visual presentation combining photographic 2D characters based on real actors to atmospheric 3D enviroments. The visuals are complemented with a soundtrack heavily inspired by Finnish folk music. This audiovisual combination creates a world that feels both real… and slightly wrong.

  • Investigation-based gameplay with dialogue and environmental puzzles

  • Time block system where choices shape the story

  • Unique hybrid visual style using photographic characters

  • Atmospheric setting inspired by northern Finland and Kaamos

  • Story rooted in Finnish folklore and cosmic horror
