About

"The Outlaw and Newcomer" is a 3D suspense ADV combining exploration and a visual novel.
Set in a country in Eastern Europe where the mobsters strut their stuff. The player takes on the role of a mobster executive and pursues the mystery in cooperation with unique characters.
In the exploration part, players can freely move between the city center, casinos, and mansions. Earn money, collect items, and complete sub-quests to prepare for war.

Story

Noah, a mobster executive, meets a beautiful and bewitching intermediary. One day he learns, through the woman's introduction, of a "poison that can kill a man with just a few drops," and heads to the scene of the transaction.
He successfully completes the deal and tries to find the source of the poison, but soon after, the dealer dies a mysterious death. He, too, suffers mysterious symptoms and nearly dies.
Who developed it, for what purpose, and why is it being distributed behind the scenes? Using his mafia network, he sets out to find out the mastermind.
Crime suspense, with the villain chasing the villain!
