The Night Of The Penanggalan is a short (20-30 minutes) "Walking Simulator" 3D horror game, where you play as a young pregnant woman coming face to face with a night creature believed to exist in the lands of South East Asia... The Penanggalan (Flying Head Vampire)!

Key Features

Immersive experience: An atmospheric, believable environment, inspired by actual locations and events, intensifies the horror experience. Explore her apartment building, having conversations with various characters.

VHS film filter effect: VHS aesthetic emulates the look and feel of CRT screens, giving the feeling of watching an old horror movie on VHS at home. VHS effects is optional and can be turned on and off from the options menu.

Gameplay: This game is from the "walking simulator" genre mixed with horror elements such as jump scares.

Malaysian/Indonesian Theme: The game is based on actual supernatural beliefs from Malaysia and Indonesia, where people still believe in these creatures, The feared Penanggalan, the "Flying Head Vampire". It is also inspired by old 80's Indonesian horror movies.
