6 itemsAbout the Game
You’ve moved to Mush Meadows to recover from burnout from the city and working life. By selling all your belongings, you set out to start a new life closer to nature and buy a cabin that has been abandoned for a while. You discover that the cabin used to belong to a mushroom enthusiast, and they left their basket and unfinished journal there, among other things. It almost looks like they’ve just disappeared and when browsing through the journal, you notice some pages missing or unfinished...

Roam around the beautiful woodlands, find mushrooms, and use your Mushroom Journal to identify mushrooms by selecting the correct traits. Look for the characteristics of the cap, gills and stem, and remember: you may only pick mushrooms if you're 100% sure of them!

The small community of Mush Meadows relies on the mushrooms for food, trade and medicine. They welcome you, and are eager to help you, it has been a long time since an “outsider” was among them. Go introduce yourself, and you might find yourself on a journey of new friendships, fulfilling the requests of your new neighbors.

The Mushroom Journal was created as a student project within the duration of three months. We carefully crafted our concept, produced all art and audio for the game ourselves, and were able to deliver our project we're incredibly proud of.
