About the Game

"The Ming Dynasty: Firewood and Flames" is a visual novel text adventure game where players engage in interactive tasks to advance the plot.

Story background

The player assumes the role of Zheng Wuji, a scheming character who is compelled to procure a batch of giant phoebe nanmu for the imperial palace. The journey spans six thousand miles from Qingshui River in Guizhou to the capital city, involving a series of conspiracies and the search for the truth. Along the way, the player witnesses the social unrest of the late Ming Dynasty and experiences the love and hate relationships among seven beautiful women.
