About the Game

A river weaves through an old landscape, a landscape with a story to tell.

At first glance, one is struck by the beauty of it all. Rolling hills, rows of trees, a myriad of grasses and flowers. And the hints of a fallen civilization. Arches...stone walls...pathways. And off in the distance, enshrouded by fog, the ruins of a tower.

Indeed it feels empty here, as if some supernatural entropy had driven out the previous inhabitants. The arches have crumbled, as have the old stone walls. The pathways, once throbbing with life, are now overgrown. And the remnants of the tower lay in ruins.

An air of abandonment hangs over the entire landscape.

No one, it seems, has been here in years...

Featuring vibrant creative writing and a gorgeous, lush aesthetic, The Mask of Agnosia is a unique, visionary experience, like a fever dream or a fairy tale. It weaves together themes such as loss, the ephemeral nature of life, memory, and personal sovereignty in a realm seeking to extinguish it.
