About the Game

Have you had enough of building impenetrable defenses and then having to wait at 2x speed until the waves provides a challenge big enough? Then look no further.

The Lizard Problem is a dynamic tower defense with a focus on making every wave a new challenge that has to be reacted to. Mother nature herself will rip your defenses apart with earthquakes that shatter your formations and the level in the beginning of each wave, providing new paths for the lizards to then take and try and steal your eggs. You will have to adapt to the ever changing landscape by moving your towers and replacing those who got destroyed in battle.

You may be just a magpie bird, but you are not defenseless. Apart from bribing the animals of the world to help you (building towers), you can yourself engage in the battle. Smack them with your wings, just like your mom said. Speaking of your mom, she will guide you through the life of a soon to be parent, giving you tips on how to deal with The Lizard Problem.

Take it at your own pace

The natural breaks between waves give you a good time to think about what to do next, but if you already got a plan, the game makes sure you can execute it as fast as possible. There are intuitive hot keys for every interaction, letting you place and move turrets in a fraction of a second, even mid round. The flight mechanic makes sure you can reach all ends of the map quickly, which is especially useful for quickly killing of a stray lizard that escaped with the close range melee combat.
