A catastrophic breach of the experimental virus XPT-120 has transformed a secret research facility into a nightmare of flesh, madness, and death.

You are a scientist infected during the outbreak. Trapped deep within the complex, you must find a way to escape before the virus completely consumes your mind. But survival will not be easy. The deeper you venture into the facility, the more reality begins to distort.

Explore abandoned laboratories, hidden backrooms, and infected sectors consumed by horrifying mutations. Search for clues, solve environmental puzzles, unlock restricted areas, and uncover the truth behind the XPT-120 experiment.
