9 itemsAbout the Game
This application contains two different games.
Restart is a short exploration game developed around a poem I wrote previously. Navigate a few scenes inspired by the poem's verses, and use the latter to solve a few simple riddles, and progress through the whole poem.
This game is entirely free. If you would like to support the developer, please consider purchasing one of the DLCs. Doing so will provide a WAV file of the main soundtrack for The Human Test.
Summary:
The Human Test is a series of dungeon rooms leading to a wonderful and VERY exclusive treasure. However, no humans are allowed. Prove to the system that you are made of binary code by completing 9 absolutely impossible challenges, from rapidly seeking hidden light spheres to writing your own name, or give up like any lowly human being should.Restart is a short exploration game developed around a poem I wrote previously. Navigate a few scenes inspired by the poem's verses, and use the latter to solve a few simple riddles, and progress through the whole poem.
Gameplay considerations
- The Human Test cannot be played with a controller (those are for humans only). Restart can be played with a controller, but the recommended setup is a mouse and keyboard.
- DLSS is available.
- Realtime raytracing is optionally available, but requires a GPU capable of raytraced acceleration.
Academic context:
Both games were made in the context of a PhD research on the integration of logical contradictions in video game fiction, along some of my past releases. The operations developed through the creation process will lead to the development of one much larger adventure game in the coming years. This game is entirely free. If you would like to support the developer, please consider purchasing one of the DLCs. Doing so will provide a WAV file of the main soundtrack for The Human Test.
