About the Game

The Grove Within is a light city-builder game with roguelite elements where you guide forest critter tribe of your choice to achieve prosperity. Balance progress and nature so that you don't anger the forest spirit. Manage your resources, feed your critters, construct new buildings, solve randomized events, brave the changing weather, and discover unique buildings that you can combo around.

The two meters that is the heart of the game. Constructing and upgrading buildings, acing events, or have a big population of critters can lead you closer to prosperity.

Constructing building and gathering resources recklessly can anger the forest spirit. Having low harmony will give you bad events and bad weather effects.

80+ unique buildings each with different use
