The Goblin Lord is a game about having fun and sharing them moments with friends as you explore a hand crafted world full of excitement and danger.
It is a 2D pixel art MMORPG with bullet hell mechanics, more features listed below.
Combat
Player skill is at the core of real time combat with many old and new bullet hell mechanics and special abilities to unlock based on what class you choose.
Locations
The Goblin Lord offers a wide range of places to explore from lush green planes to dark dungeons deep in volcanic mountains. Not forgetting our many different cities and towns.
Mobs
Monsters are more than mindless targets. They all have their own likes, dislikes, interest, fighting styles and goals outside of the player. Some monsters hate each other and some monsters like players. It just depends on your class and the situation at hand.
Bosses
Boss monsters don't just live at the end of dungeons but can be found in the world if you go to special places where they like to roam.
Parties & Guilds
You gain a boost to your EXP when you are in a party and an extra bit when you are partying with guild members.
Guilds can do special guild only quest and events.
Self expression
Your equipment changes how you look with many different variations so you can make your character unique.
You will also be able to choose different body colors, eye colors and hair colors.
Pets
Pets are special in The Goblin Lord as they have special abilities and fight along side you!
Death
The Goblin Lord has taken a fair approach to death by incorporating a soft perma death system where you will lose your items but not your character's progression or skills nor will you lose your pet. This way death still has weight, but it's not so bad that you are completely starting over.
Shop
Our in game shop is free of FOMO or other such tactics. We promote a player first environment in the game and largely run the shop off of polls so that support always aligns with the values of our players and studio.
