About the Game

Hectare, the gardener, is pulled into a mystery when he receives a letter from the missing Lord Ned. Tasked with tending to the many lawns of Ned Gardens, Hectare arrives at the gates. Upon entering he realises this won't be a simple task. Ned Gardens is split into eight distinct areas, each housing many unique puzzles!

Ned Gardens has over 100 lawns to tend to. Each lawn provides a unique puzzle to solve. Hectare moves around a grid and cuts grass on any tile he moves on to. To solve a lawn puzzle each grass tile must be cut to the correct length. This involves logical thinking and clever manoeuvring around the grid. Inspired by Sokoban games but without any boxes!

Ned Gardens is home to a range of exotic flora. Each flower drastically alters the standard lawn puzzle rules. Inspired by The Witness, each flowers rules will need to be discovered through experimentation. Once learnt, these rules need to be mastered to progress through Ned Gardens to reach Ned Manor. Once there, the mystery surrounding Lord and Lady Ned's disappearance may finally be solved!
