About the Game

The Extinction Directive is a single-player sci-fi strategy game set in a future where humankind has just made the first great leap to a distant star system. The scientists believed that the system was safe and devoid of intelligent life. It was not! Now stranded in hostile space and with their colony ship destroyed the colonists must engage in a desperate fight to obtain the raw materials they will need to build a new starship capable of escaping and getting them home. Are you the one? Are you the hero to lead them through the fire and beyond to safety and freedom?

  • Lead the campaign to establish a presence on the system’s only barely habitable planet.

  • Build local colonies to fund your arsenal and produce the food needed to feed your fellow colonists.

  • Destroy hundreds of enemies intent on your annihilation.

  • Play through a challenging, story-rich, ten mission campaign.

  • Once you complete a level, it's map becomes available for unlimited replay at any level of difficulty.
