A mysterious black fog has covered the skies, plunging the city of Dreadthorn into an endless night of darkness.

Help clients through therapy

But life must go on. After recently moving into a cheap apartment in the city, you establish yourself as a therapist, taking on clients to keep yourself afloat.

Report the strange ones

Dreadthorn's residents are changing in strange ways. Remember to report clients showing strange symptoms, or face the consequences.

Buy new furniture, walls and special items to take your office space to the next level, helping you attract high-profile clients.
