10 itemsAbout the Game
The Devilry Reservation is a place of exile and residence for various members of the paranormal population, most of whom are monsters of varying degrees of danger. These reservations are hidden from the general public and kept under the control of government agencies.
The player takes on the role of a detective from the Paranormal Security Service (PSS), tasked with investigating acts of vandalism in one of these reservations. The investigation is made more difficult by the residents’ hostility and unwillingness to cooperate. Each of them is a unique individual, and it’s your job to find the right approach for each one. You’ll have to complete their requests to earn their trust — or use your official status to extract the information you need.
The main character is one of the few agents of the Paranormal Security Service who isn't human. He is just as otherworldly as the residents of the reservation, but unlike most demons, he possesses supernatural abilities that are invaluable in investigations. Beings like him are known as The Faceless — rare entities with no face who communicate through telepathy.
You'll explore the apartments of a towering panel housing block and converse with various creatures, uncovering new information. This will help you reveal the true situation within the reservation and gain deeper insight into the structure of the paranormal world.
GAMEPLAY
You're in for a slow-paced, exploration-driven journey. With a side-view perspective and pixel art visuals, the game lets you move through a multi-story apartment block. Exploration and interaction with characters take place through text-based narration and a dialogue choice system.
Your goal is to solve all assigned tasks while learning about the local otherworldly inhabitants. Helping you along the way is your Personal Pocket Computer (PPC), which can scan paranormal entities and store useful case-related information.
