As the newly hired Apothecarist, you must discover the source of a mysterious plague and attempt to build your apothecary in the city of Bloodmill. An epic adventure in a world full of disease and ruin. Explore the city, build your apothecary, create toxic plagues, fight corrupt diseased creatures, discover powerful weapons and useful allies.

• Infected Syringe - Syringes taken from the hospital used to treated the infected

As you explore Bloodmill's plague-ridden streets, you unearth a treasure trove of mysterious wonders and long-forgotten secrets. But the deeper you delve, the more you sense a malevolent curse taking root within the city's twisted heart.

Turn an abandoned building into a mysterious apothecary stocked with rare and exotic ingredients from the darkest corners of the world. People flock to it for remedies to cure their afflictions. As the proprietor, you find a new purpose in life in this shadowy emporium full of dark magic and twisted wonder.

Roaming the streets, collecting rare and exotic ingredients for potion-making. Scouring cemeteries, docks and other forgotten corners of the city, seeking out everything from the thorns of poisonous plants to the bile of monstrous beasts. With these ingredients, you concoct potent potions capable of curing even the most dire afflictions, or spreading devastating plagues to your enemies.

Seven plagues to be created :

• Toads - Deadly toads rain down from the sky exploding any enemies that they come into contact with.

• Spiders - Enemies will get snatched away by scuttling spiders.

• Rats - A nest of rats appears and creates mayhem.

• Leeches - leech slime slows down enemies.

• Crows - flock of crows will appear and harass enemies.

• Centipedes - Bursts out of the ground and takes out any enemies that are in is path.

• Vines - Vines grow from the ground and across chasms allowing you to move from platform to platform.
