In "Text Escape: Doomsday City", you play as an office worker witnessing the catastrophic outbreak on your way home from work. After the disaster, you've been hiding in your home for a week. However, the fragile peace of your refuge is shattered when zombies break into your backyard.
The game uses minimalist blocks to depict scenes, conveying information through text and color. Your task is to control the mouse and experiment with different interactions—clicking, dragging, long-pressing—to solve the puzzles in each level. The settings range from your own home to outdoor parks, and then to urban buildings like banks and construction sites.
The game is divided into 14 levels. While the puzzles and gameplay of each level are self-contained, they are woven together by the protagonist's survival story. Use your wits to help the protagonist escape this doomed city!
