About the Game

On the alien world of Terra-7, grow a small pioneering outpost into a sprawling company. In order to be successful, you will need to learn how to balance revenue generation with the well-being of the workforce.

Hire workers to extract valuable alien minerals, process them into goods, and build increasingly complex production chains. Manage work shifts, expand your base, and tend to the needs of a growing colony.

Your employees, however, are not just "human resources." They are people with real needs like hunger and sleep, and their stress levels are influenced by overwork and business growth. There is more than one strategy to keep things under control.

Do not expect combat! This doesn’t mean, however, that there aren’t challenges to overcome.

At the end of each cycle, you must undergo a Performance Review. Five Company Investors will evaluate your performance. Each of them has a different set of priorities. Some reward expansion and research, others focus on employees welfare, and a few might only care about dividends. To keep the colony running, you must satisfy at least three investors every cycle. Lose their trust completely, and it's game over.

To complicate matters, the alien flora will react to your expansion, releasing spores to defend its planet. You'll need to find ways to keep your employees safe and sound.

Key features

  • Your employees come first — Employees must eat, sleep, and manage stress from overwork, alien flora attacks, and more.

  • Answer to the Investors — Every cycle ends with a review from Company Investors, whose decisions can reward — or punish — how you've run things.

  • Procedural biomes — Every map is procedurally generated, with multiple biomes planned for the full release.

  • Easy to learn, hard to master — a clean UI and a limited set of Resources to keep the challenge in the decisions, not in parsing the screen.
