About the Game

A crumbling apartment building. A mountain of debt. A tangle of sultry strangers with too many secrets and not enough shame. But the building is yours now, well half of it is, welcome to the mess.

Tenant Tails is an episodic erotic visual novel where you play a struggling chef who inherits a half-broken apartment complex full of misfits, perverts, and dangerously lonely souls. To survive, you'll need to manage the property, balance the books, and navigate the heated tension behind every thin wall.

Six episodes. Six tenants. Six deeply personal fuck-drenched journeys through anthro romance, adult drama, and explicit furry erotica.

It all starts with Maya the prim, no-nonsense fox girl who's part owner of the building.
She doesn’t think you’re ready. She doesn’t think you’re serious.
But she can’t stop looking at you like her next meal.
