About the Game

Tater Up is a chaotic multiplayer party platformer where up to 4 potatoes race, climb, and sabotage each other in a gravity-defying vertical world.

The goal is simple:
Reach the top before your friends do.

Actually doing it? That’s the hard part.

Jump, dash, roll, and recover your way upward through floating city debris, moving platforms, fans, cannons, and absurd obstacles - all while physically interfering with other players to slow them down or send them falling.

There’s no straight path upward. Along the climb, players encounter mini-game islands like soccer and hockey, where competition temporarily shifts from climbing to chaotic side challenges. These moments break the pace, create rivalries, and often completely flip the outcome of a match.

There’s no tutorial, no hand-holding, and no safety net - just pure “fuck around and find out” gameplay where every fall is funny, every recovery is tense, and every victory feels earned.

Key Features

  • Up to 4-player multiplayer chaos

  • Vertical platforming instead of traditional racing

  • Skill-based movement: jump, dash, roll, recover

  • Mini-games embedded into the world (soccer, hockey, and more)

  • Low-poly, colorful, toon-styled visuals

  • Fast, replayable matches built for laughs and rivalry

Tater Up is about momentum, mistakes, and that one perfect push that sends your friend all the way back down.
