The environment is your friend and your biggest enemy. No door is permanently closed, special environment interactions allow you to choose if the risk is enough to lose your pursuers, but your advantage can be used against you. Try not to box yourself in with your own traps.

In Deadly Secret you play as Darren, a man who happened to be locked in a retirement villa during the quarantine, driven by the love of his ailing mother, who embarks in a perilous journey, across a city overrun by the undead and other monstrosities, with a singular objective: Secure life-saving medicine for his mother and supplies for the other survivors at the villa. Will your choices help him save his mother, or will they drive him further deep into despair?
