About the Game

Every journey begins the same.

A zombie outbreak has devastated the world. You leave your home and set out for the Port, hoping to board the last evacuation ship.

But everything that happens along the way is different.

Random event cards constantly reshape your adventure. You may rescue a stranger, fall into an ambush, discover precious supplies, or find yourself trapped by a single bad decision.

Every playthrough tells a new story.

Choice

There are no easy answers at the end of the world.

Will you share your last supplies with a complete stranger?

Will you risk your life to protect someone being bullied by raiders?

Will you abandon a badly wounded companion to save food and water?

Every choice changes the course of your story and ultimately your fate.

Resources

Water, food, medicine, and ammunition are all desperately scarce. Even a good night’s sleep or a moment of entertainment becomes a luxury.

Carefully manage every resource you can find, maintain your health, and keep your mood up.

Sometimes, people don't die because the enemy is stronger.

They die from exhaustion and despair.

Team

Throughout your journey, you’ll meet new survivors, each with randomly generated attributes and skills.

Build your team wisely and make the most of everyone’s strengths if you hope to survive.

Every playthrough brings different companions, and together you'll forge your own story through the apocalypse.

Equipment

Trade with merchants, scavenge fallen enemies, repair damaged gear, and upgrade your weapons and armor to face ever greater dangers.

In the apocalypse, quality equipment is hard to come by.

Sometimes, an ordinary shovel is all that stands between you and death.

Combat

Unlike traditional card battles, the Card Distance system gives weapon range real tactical significance.

The Entanglement system allows melee weapons to truly shine, making knives far more dangerous than machine guns once combat enters the Entangled State.

Combine each weapon's strengths with smart positioning to develop tactics that are uniquely your own.

Customize the Rules

Reduced shooting accuracy at night?

Food spoils over time?

Gunfire attracts zombies?

Customize the survival rules of the apocalypse and create the challenge you want to face.

It All Started as a Tabletop Experiment

This game began as a simple tabletop experiment.

I wanted to find out whether a deck of random event cards could create a different story every time it was played. The results exceeded my expectations. Compared with traditional RPGs built around a fixed storyline, the unpredictability of completely random adventures created a far more memorable experience.

After years of refining that idea, it eventually became Tabletop Survivors.

Every journey is different.

Every choice matters.

Every playthrough tells a new story.
