Stormbane is a dark fantasy action RPG built around tactical combat, faction warfare, and a living world shaped by player conflict.
Combat is deliberate and skill-driven. Positioning, stamina, and timing matter. Victory earns gold — not random loot — and every choice carries consequences.
The world is divided by shifting faction borders. Territories change hands, wars escalate into large-scale domination events, and regional control affects quests, safety, and the economy.
Healing is never free. Potions restore you at a cost, reducing your maximum strength over time. True recovery can only be earned at sanctuaries within the world.
There are no endless inventories or safe shortcuts. Gear degrades, supplies grow scarce during war, and survival depends on knowing when to push forward — and when to retreat.
