About the Game

Welcome to Stoic; a short yet challenging platforming game with precise physics controls and punishing level building. In Stoic, you control an oddly spherical boulder with the objective of finding purpose, whether that be climbing an insurmountable mountain, or just biding your time enjoying the scenery.

Stoic loosely follows the story of Zeno of Citium, a man widely renowned as the founder of the Stoic school of philosophy. After surviving a terrible shipwreck on your wealthy merchant ship, you must now find purpose after becoming a sluggish and cumbersome boulder.
