The game doesn't have matchmaking or single-player campaign, and should be played with friends.
However, there is the option to create and potentially join public lobbies from the community.

You are either the target or pursuer, or both... Find your target without being detected by other players. Distinguish who is real vs who is an NPC.

• Blend into the crowd

• Use defensive abilities to trick players

• Use interactive environment props like gates to escape

Blend in or go rouge, the choice is yours.

• Use offensive abilities to track down your target

• Traverse the map and gain the high ground

• Be careful as you may reveal your position

Investigate and collect hints. Be on the lookout for visual and audio cues. Check your map for intel on you target's whereabouts.

• Birds scattered across the map that reveal last known target location

• Target portrait lights up when in line of sight

Use a combination of offensive and defensive abilities to gain the upper hand.

• Ranged Attack - Useful against players in hard to reach areas

• Confuse - Inverts a player's controls for a short duration 

• Disguise - Change your character's look to deceive players

• Clone - Lure players with a lookalike that chases a selected target

• Warp - Make yourself invisible temporarily
