StarFrame
One shared, persistent universe — a single living galaxy where every pilot plays together, not instanced copies or matchmade lobbies. You don't click-to-move a dot on a map: you fly your ship directly, through star systems linked by gates. The world is always running: your cargo, your kills, your credits, the whole player-driven economy all persists. Real danger and real choices: almost everything of value was mined, built, and hauled home by a real pilot, and can be taken by another. Mine, trade, build, fight, pirate, or explore.
Risk you can see coming
Space is zoned by security. High-sec is a PvP free zone; the lawless low-sec frontier holds the rarest ore and the deadliest pirates. That gradient is the economy — the valuable hauls have to be physically flown home through gates where someone may be waiting. Get interdicted and you can lose your ship, your fit, and your cargo, and hand the wreck to your attacker as a salvage payday.
Build a ship, then put it to work
Mine asteroid belts, refine the ore, and manufacture ships and modules from blueprints you find and learn — a deep industry chain gated by skills that train as you use them. Fit your hull from a rich slot system. Combat is hands-on and skill-based: hold a lock to land damage, then earn every hit — hitscan lasers strike instantly wherever you point, autocannons and artillery have real projectile travel so you lead moving targets, and guided missiles lock on, answered by flares and jammers.
A galaxy of real players
Run in a party, or found a corporation with a shared wallet, storage, and rank hierarchy. Anchor storage depots and corp outposts — then defend them, or declare war and tear a rival's outpost down layer by layer. Between fights, hunt hidden signals and crack open caches in a skill-based code-breaking minigame, spend a Rift Key to dive timed high-stakes combat pockets solo or as a trio, or blow your credits at the Gambler's Den on multiplayer blackjack, Hold'em, and slots. Everyone you meet is a real player — a wingman, a customer, a rival, or a wreck waiting to happen.
